#3 – What to Do When You Can’t Let Go of Losing Weight

As discussed in episode #2 – The 3 Main Triggers of Binge Eating and How to Stop Them, one of the greatest things you can do to stop binge eating is to stop chasing weight loss – at least for now until your binge eating stops.

This is because dieting which consists of physical and mental restriction can fuel the urge to binge. To get back on track with ‘regular eating’, we have to stop chasing dieting. But what should you do if you can’t let go of trying to lose weight?
