Calorie counting might be often seen as the ‘healthy’ habit that is praised and gets lots of recognition for but calorie counting can lead you into a rabbit hole of disordered eating habits, skipping meals, ignoring your internal hunger cues, and having constant food anxiety. Is it actually worth it? I share my personal experience on how you can put an end to having obsessive food thoughts and unlearn habits of seeing food as a number.
