Why Should You Contact Me to Break the Binge Cycle?

I, who now supports and guides others to binge-eating recovery, was once a binge eater myself, and I want to help others escape the cycle of weight cycling. I am familiar with the struggles other people face with this disease. My aim in creating this course is to help others overcome their food triggers, eat without restrictions, enjoy foods they once feared without guilt, say ‘Yes’ to seconds without guilt, and ‘Yes’ to life.

My program offers personal one-on-one coaching sessions led by me so you can work on your issues in an environment where it’s just between two people who care deeply for each other.

I have had enough experience with recovery from BED (binge eating) myself; this means there won’t be any awkwardness or embarrassment when tackling tough subjects like self-love because all topics will feel accessible considering their relevance within our lives today as well as being mindful about what we’re saying yes too without even realizing.

The course is specifically designed to help you no longer be obsessed with food and weight loss. By learning how to manage their binge eating, you will be able to lead healthier and happier lives.

Frequently Asked Questions

What condition or experience normally stimulates episodes of binge eating?

Binge eating episodes are commonly triggered by stress, dieting, negative feelings about body weight or shape, the availability of food, or boredom. When someone experiences one or more of these triggers, they may feel an intense desire to eat large amounts of food in a short period of time.

This can lead to feelings of shame, guilt, and distress. Binge eating episodes can be difficult to control, and they may have harmful consequences on a person’s physical and mental health. If you think you might be struggling with binge eating, it is essential to talk to a mental health professional who can help you develop healthier coping mechanisms.

Why can’t I give up on eating when I’m full?

You can’t stop eating even when you’re full because your brain is still trying to figure out if you’re getting enough of the nutrients it needs. It does this by taking into account all the different sources of information about food, including sight, smell, taste, texture, and temperature.

Once it has all that information, it runs it through a “satiety algorithm” to determine whether or not you should keep eating. So, if you’re not getting enough of the nutrients you need overall, your brain might keep sending you signals that it’s time to eat, even after you’re already full. This is one of the reasons it’s so important to eat a balanced diet: if you’re not getting enough of the nutrients your body needs, you might end up overeating, even when you’re not hungry.

Should I fast after a binge?

When you’ve had a big meal or spent an afternoon grazing on unhealthy snacks, it’s tempting to try to “cancel out” the calories by fasting. However, this is actually counterproductive. Fasting after a binge raises the risk of triggering a binging-fasting cycle, in which you swing between periods of overeating and starvation.

Additionally, fasting can make you more hungry, setting you up to overeat when you finally sit down for a meal. So, if you’re trying to recover from a binge, it’s best to avoid fasting altogether. Instead, focus on eating regular, nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day. This will help keep your hunger in check and prevent you from overeating later.
